I have a reseller plan but use it only for my personal business and family web sites. Over all I've had nothing but good things to say about your service and as a web designer have sent you many clients who have signed up. I only had one time where a site went down due to bandwidth issues and customer service took a LONG time to respond so the site was down for a day. It happened to be on a very important site so I was very frustrated... and received no reason for the delay. But that has been my only bad experience out of many of them. All my other dealings with customer service has been excellent. I will continue to refer clients to you.
