Recently services have been exceptionally good. Earlier this year (before switching Data Center) there were some periods of downtime, but virtually nothing at all since the change. Keep up the good work.

I had a major problem when I updated my guestbook, and when I tried to reinstall the backup, I lost all signatures. This is because of Viper/Fantastico, though. I would recommend a different guestbook.
Other than that, I really like the features and the value that qualityhostonline offers. I have found everything very easy to use, and for a web novice, that is very important. Adding simple updates to my site is a breeze with html uploading, and ftp-ing bigger updates is hassle-free as well. Your uptime beats all the competition for similarly priced web-hosting companies. I recommend Qualityhostonline to anyone on a budget, looking for a dependable place to host their site(s).

I am a professional classical musician, and a full-time choral director is a public school. I made my first 2 websites for each of these applications. One, I rely upon for business contacts for my chamber music business, and the other, for my students to access audio clips of their works in rehearsal. I have had ONLY success with Quality Hosts - once, when I had a problem, a kindly support tech called ME, and said that they noticed that not all was well, and would I *mind* if they fixed it for me! MIND?? they saved me hours of puzzlement - and got me up and running right away. I have NEVER had anyone tell me that my sites were down, and everything runs just as one would want - totally invisible and trouble-free. And what a bargain - all that space for so little $$$! I found you by luck, and am grateful I did!
