Service is great, and the cost is cheap (lots of megs for the money). Uptime is generally great, but was a bit bothersome in the weeks proceeding the server move, now it is great again.

I started with one website hosted at QHO and as a result of the excellent service now have nearly a dozen. I am obviously very pleased with the setup, the service, and the tech support.
My only suggestion would be to allow users to buy extra bandwidth on a month-by-month basis whenever it was necessary, rather than the way it is now, which is more "permanent" (ie, a person must cancel the billing if they do not want it to go beyond a single month).
I have recommended QHO to numerous other site owners and hope it will continue it's first rate service for many years to come.

Great value for the money, I have been with other hosting companies in the past that either have too much down time or you can never get anyone on the phone. Quality Host Online has been great A+++++
