How do I get SSH/Shell access to my account?

Due to security concerns, SSH/Shell access is disabled by default on all accounts.

If your plan comes with SSH / Shell / SecureFTP access, please contact support and ask them to enable it for you.

Please be sure to explain why you need SSH access. We will then determine if it is a valid request and enable SSH.

You will need to use a third party SSH client such as PuTTY to connect via SSH.
